NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION POLICY:

We want to give every client the time and attention that they deserve. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

By booking an appointment online, by phone, or in person, you accept our $150.00 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee (if cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment), you agree to provide an active Debit/Credit Card on file, and authorize Danny Jelaca Salon & Spa to apply the said fee to the provided payment method when applicable.

SALON SERVICES FEE NOTICE:

Dear Clients, here at Danny Jelaca Salon & Spa we are committed to providing you with high quality service and products. Over the past few months, we have experienced significant cost increases due to a combination of well-known global and nationwide economic factors.
After carefully analyzing the surged costs of supplies, utilities, and other overhead expenses, as well as taking into consideration the increased cost of living for our clients, we are happy to announce that Danny Jelaca Salon & Spa will continue to absorb most of the increased costs and will only add a 3% Salon Services Fee to each ticket instead of increasing the prices for all salon services across the board.
